The hotel is near the main train station, approximately 10 minutes by foot. A coffee service from 11 PM to 11 AM was a real treat, and filtered water refills were available. I found that great!
Some crumbs were on the table during breakfast. That was not very nice. Dishes and bottles sat on the tables long after people left. I spotted that during the evening.

The hotel's closeness to the central train station was very convenient for my travel. i found the free coffee available to be a nice perk! the staff were friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning wasn't set up for cooling and the room remained very warm. It made sleep difficult.

loved my stay!
friendly staff free coffee
I really liked the friendly staff there. They speak english perfectly. the free coffee and water were a nice surprise for a marathon runner like me. i found it easy to come back from the marathon because the hotel is close to train stations.
I found i could not adjust the air conditioning in the room. the room was too hot, even after i tried to lower the temperature. It stayed too warm at night. i wish there were more options for controlling the temperature.

The staff assisted me well when i arrived late. They gave me instructions on everything. their service was helpful and kind and i was grateful. the staff seemed eager to assist with my requests.

The hotel had an italian 'fast food' option right in the lobby. It felt quite convenient. the food was very good and the value was there. i enjoyed the convenience of the food on-site.

convenient location free water good size
i found the location quite convenient. it was a short walk to the central train station. free water was available in the lobby and i appreciated the complimentary coffee in the mornings. the room and bathroom were both of a good size.
the lack of a fridge or kettle in the room was a minor drawback. i also thought the lighting in the room could have been better as it felt a bit dark. sheer curtains would have been useful.

there was a restaurant on the ground floor, but i did not use it. coffee was offered free, and it was available in the mornings. the pricing in the restaurant and lobby seemed quite fair.
