Highlights

Design: Industrial-chic rooms with exposed concrete and gnome ceiling art

Breakfast: Buffet includes a pancake machine and free coffee/water

Pets: Dogs allowed (fee) with pet baskets and bowls provided

Social: Stand-up comedy, live sports, and art gallery events in the lounge

Location: 12-min walk from Berlin Central Station, next to a grocery store

“The industrial-chic design makes a strong statement, enhanced by thoughtful touches like a pancake machine at breakfast; plus, the pet-friendly policy is a real advantage for some. Its location near the central station is convenient, although the immediate area might feel a bit sparse. Overall, I think it's a solid, stylish choice if those details align with your priorities.”

coffee service water refill table crumb dirty dish

The hotel is near the main train station, approximately 10 minutes by foot. A coffee service from 11 PM to 11 AM was a real treat, and filtered water refills were available. I found that great!

Some crumbs were on the table during breakfast. That was not very nice. Dishes and bottles sat on the tables long after people left. I spotted that during the evening.

loved my stay!

friendly staff free coffee

I really liked the friendly staff there. They speak english perfectly. the free coffee and water were a nice surprise for a marathon runner like me. i found it easy to come back from the marathon because the hotel is close to train stations.

I found i could not adjust the air conditioning in the room. the room was too hot, even after i tried to lower the temperature. It stayed too warm at night. i wish there were more options for controlling the temperature.

Service

The staff assisted me well when i arrived late. They gave me instructions on everything. their service was helpful and kind and i was grateful. the staff seemed eager to assist with my requests.

Facilities

9/10

I liked the modern take on the room's design and the air conditioning, which helped when it was warm. sensor lights are under the bed. They turn on at night. noise-canceling windows kept the room quiet.

modern stay near central station

convenient location free water good size

i found the location quite convenient. it was a short walk to the central train station. free water was available in the lobby and i appreciated the complimentary coffee in the mornings. the room and bathroom were both of a good size.

the lack of a fridge or kettle in the room was a minor drawback. i also thought the lighting in the room could have been better as it felt a bit dark. sheer curtains would have been useful.

Dining

9/10

there was a restaurant on the ground floor, but i did not use it. coffee was offered free, and it was available in the mornings. the pricing in the restaurant and lobby seemed quite fair.

Service

9/10

The staff was generally friendly and helpful. i asked to have my sheets changed and the staff completed this request without any issues. the reception service was available 24/7. It was appreciated.
